Spring Offer – $300 Discount on Fujitsu Comfort Range

During the month of September, Orange Electrical Works Pty Ltd is offering a special $300 discount on all Fujitsu Comfort Range Reverse Cycle Wall-Mounted Residential systems. This offer is valid for all models within the Comfort Range, from 3.2kW to 9.5kW, sold and installed by Orange Electrical Works Pty Ltd. The discounted prices start from $2150 fully installed and increase with each bigger model. This exclusive offer is available for purchases made between September 1 and September 30, 2024, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

All booked installations and orders for the Fujitsu Comfort Range will be given an entry into the Fujitsu Giveaway as below:

Fujitsu Spring Offer Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is Orange Electrical Works Pty. Ltd., referred to herein as "Orange Electrical Works" or "Sponsor."

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of New South Wales (NSW) who purchase an eligible Fujitsu Comfort Range Reverse Cycle Wall-Mounted Residential system from Orange Electrical Works between September 1 and September 30, 2024. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and any affiliates or partners associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The promotion runs from 12:00 AM AEST on September 1, 2024, to 11:59 PM AEST on September 30, 2024. Only purchases made within this period are eligible for entry into the giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, customers must purchase a Fujitsu Comfort Range Reverse Cycle Wall-Mounted Residential system from Orange Electrical Works during the promotional period. Upon purchase, the customer will automatically be entered into the giveaway. No additional steps or entries are required.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $1000 cash back on their eligible purchase. The cash back will be provided as a refund via the original payment method or as a cheque, at the discretion of the Sponsor.

6. Prize Draw and Odds of Winning

The draw will take place at 9:30 AM AEST on October 1, 2024. The screen will be recorded during this draw, and the recording and competition entrants and data will be stored for five (5) years in compliance with Australian competition law. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. Only one entry per eligible purchase is allowed.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of receiving the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

By participating in the giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

9. Release of Liability

By entering the giveaway, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

10. Privacy and Data

The Sponsor will collect personal information from participants solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. This information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Agreement to Terms

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
